The Program Manager of Student Leadership is responsible for leading and administering major undergraduate and graduate leadership initiatives within the Neff College of Business and Innovation (NCOBI), including the Klar Leadership Academy, Advanced Leadership Academy, Neff Scholars Program, Jump Start Program, and other student leadership and engagement initiatives aligned with the college’s strategic priorities. This position works collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to ensure high-quality programming and positive student outcomes.
