Part time Instructors may teach up to (8) eight contact hours per week or 120 contact hours per semester. The terms of employment are based on college enrollment and class enrollment. This department has courses ranging from 45 - 90 contact hours per semester. This equals 4 to 8 hours per week per course depending on course and length of term. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Earned bachelor's degree or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution in Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field along with 5 years of industry experience. OR Earned Associate Degree Earned bachelor's degree or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution in Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field along with 7 years of industry experience. </li><li>Willingness to teach face-to-face, virtual, or online according to departmental needs.
