What You'll Bring to the Table: 2-3 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or a related environmentPrevious lead or demonstrated leadership experienceExperience with ERP/MRP or inventory management systemsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 is highly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory reportingKnowledge of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, material movement, and inventory accuracyExperience in a seasonal warehouse or manufacturing environment preferredStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailAbility to provide direction to team members and work effectively across departments.
