Duties and responsibilities include: Utilize a variety of widgets and plug ins in a Word Press environment to assist with editing, and optimizing web pages for a professional and user-friendly layout; Regularly update website content, including uploading events, images, and files; ensuring web pages are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the Website Governance guidelines; Perform routine checks to identify and resolve broken links, outdated information, or design inconsistencies; Analyze website analytics to identify trends and suggest improvements for user engagement; Collaborate with team members to enhance user experience; Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in technology or processes; Additional related duties as assigned. Reporting to the Communications Digital Media Manager in the Division of Communications and External Affairs, the Communications Broadcast & Multimedia Production Coordinator supports the management of digital, online, multi-media communications, providing editorial, technical, and production assistance.
