Reporting to the University Registrar, the Conviser Student Center Assistant provides customer service to Illinois Tech students for the administrative departments primarily focused on students in the Conviser center, including the Office of the Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Accounting, and Academic Affairs. Provide student support and service for the registrar: Provide student support services presented to the ticket request system, via telephone, in person or online as they relate to obtaining academic credentials, course registration, classroom needs and other inquiries.
