BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: Work includes collecting, analyzing and presenting facts and figures relevant to the development of programs, policies, and/or resources. Responsibilities include: <ul><li>Evaluating inspection reports and maintaining inspection files.</li><li>Requests for importation permits for dogs and cats.</li><li>Review of animal health certificates.</li><li>Conducting surveys.</li><li>Preparing charts and graphs.</li><li>Writing reports.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact to assist municipal clerks with dog licensing database.</li><li>Develop and present training materials for dog licensing.</li></ul> This position provides logistical support for case management from complaint through disposition including court proceedings process. Develop training and outreach materials, schedule trainings. Work requires extensive public contact by telephone, email and written correspondence, and significant data entry and database upkeep.
