We explore mutant chromatin regulators-driven phenotype and molecular mechanisms using cell lines, conditional mouse models, patient-derived xenografts (PDXs), and cutting-edge technologies such as CUT&RUN, ChIP-Seq, single-cell RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, Hi-C, proteomics, drug screening, flow cytometry and sorting, and CRISPR editing and screening (Nature Communications 2017, Cancer Discovery 2022, and Nature Chemical Biology 2024). Jefferson is more than 65,000 people strong, dedicated to providing the highest-quality, compassionate clinical care for patients; making our communities healthier and stronger; preparing tomorrow's professional leaders for 21st-century careers; and creating new knowledge through basic/programmatic, clinical and applied research.
