  As a Retail Associate, youll be the welcoming face of our shop. Youll play a key role in supporting daily operations by assisting customers, handling sales, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile and a sweet. 
  What Youll Do:<ul><li> Greets customers warmly and provides excellent service to every visitor. </li><li> Operates the register and handles cash and credit transactions accurately using the Square system. </li><li> Assists customers with product selection and answers questions about products. </li><li> Restocks shelves and maintains a clean, organized, and inviting display area. 
	  </li></ul>What Youll Bring:<ul><li> Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but being a "people person" is a must. </li><li> Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset. </li><li> Reliability: Punctual and able to work independently during assigned shifts. </li><li> Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. </li><li> Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours within business limits.
