Reporting to the Executive Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement, the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, Student, Young Alumni, And Digital Engagement works both independently and collaboratively to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of a comprehensive end-to-end student to young alumni engagement strategy, developing measurable initiatives that strengthen belonging, institutional connections, service, and long-term affinity. Work with Alumni Association leadership, Parent Network Leadership, Annual Giving, and campus partners to design and execute a range of educational-, social-, and community-focused programs that create intentional engagement journeys that span undergraduate years through the first decade of alumni life.
