You will handle all aspects of leasing and marketing while ensuring positive resident relations. Your role includes managing apartment rentals, overseeing move-ins and lease renewals, generating and handling leads, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures according to company policies.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul></ul>Here’s what you’ll be doing!<ul><li>Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and use product knowledge to showcase features and benefits.</li><li>Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.</li><li>Handle phone calls and in-person inquiries, maintaining guest cards and following up with prospects.</li><li>Prepare and submit applications for approval, ensure readiness of apartments for move-in, and orient new residents.</li><li>Assist with lease renewals, accept rental payments, and support marketing and sales efforts.</li><li>Support marketing and sales initiatives, maintain up-to-date market information, and participate in weekly leasing activity meetings.</li><li>Update reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights for community improvements.</li><li>Manage service requests, plan resident functions, and maintain accurate commission records.</li><li>Participate in outreach marketing, maintain community appearance, and enforce policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies, and contribute to a positive team environment.</li><li>Ensure the office and model apartments are clean and open on schedule, communicate policy changes, and support the community team.</li><li>Maintain flexibility with work schedule, including evenings and weekends, and perform additional tasks as needed.</li><li>Participating in the “turn” process.</li><li>And so much more!</li></ul>Here’s a snapshot of what we offer!<ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Lease and renewal commission opportunity</li><li>Wellness time as required by the state</li><li>1 Paid Volunteer Day</li></ul>Sound good so far? Position OverviewAs a New Development Leasing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of launching and leasing our newest property in Fort Worth. Your role is dynamic, encompassing strategic brand building, partnership cultivation, and innovative marketing implementation. You'll oversee a leasing and marketing team, ensuring they're equipped and aligned with lease objectives. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding the team through the sales process and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve success. You'll need to be an innovative thinker with a knack for devising fresh marketing approaches and leasing strategies, capable of seamlessly managing day-to-day operations while navigating leasing goals, and proficient in leveraging referrals, and enhance the visibility and reputation of our property.  Responsibilities<ul><li>Direct oversight of the part-time and full-time sales and marketing team, including scheduling, training, and ensuring adherence to University Partners standards and objectives.</li><li>Execute tasks and strategy in go-to-market strategies and leasing plans to promote brand awareness and ensure successful lease-up of assigned new developments.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, academic institutions, and community stakeholders to broaden market reach and drive leasing opportunities.</li><li>Responsible for compiling and executing all leasing and marketing reports for the respective community.</li><li>Plan and execute impactful events that generate buzz and excitement in the market.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the sales knowledge and touring performance of the part-time team, providing guidance and support as needed to enhance effectiveness.</li><li>Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations within the temporary leasing space to maintain operational efficiency and excellence.</li><li>Ensure compliance, including lease execution, financial requirements, and adherence to company policies to meet milestone eligibility for incentive programs.</li><li>Accountable for achieving leasing milestones aligned with company goals.</li><li>Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management.</li><li>Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job.
