Territory: Springfield, South Vienna, Mechanicsburg, N Lewisburg, Bellefontaine, Lippincott, Urbana, Westville, New Carlisle, Medway, Enon, St Paris, Casstown, De Graff, Fort Loramie, Minster, Sidney, Troy and surrounding areas. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Plan of Care: Provide skilled occupational therapy as ordered by the attending physician and observe and monitor patient conditions and notify the Occupational Therapist of any changes in the patient’s condition.
