Our department is active in various research areas across multiple mathematical concentrations, including modeling, differential equations, fluid dynamics, elasticity, electro and magneto-statics, porous media, microorganism swimming, fracture mechanics, analysis, statistics, mathematics education, and data science. Preference will be given to those candidates with post-doctoral experience, outstanding publications, successful grant writing experience, overlapping interests with the current departmental strengths, commitment to collaborative/interdisciplinary efforts, and experience working with a broad range of students.
