Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care settings, geriatric populations, Value-Based Care programs, and/or Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) programs is preferred. Must be able to respond calmly to crisis situations; demonstrate the ability to direct others in a confident, respectful manner and exercise good judgment in interactions with residents, families, employees, peers and regulatory agency personnel.
