Through intentional outreach, relationship-building, and dynamic student programming, this position plays a critical role in both attracting new students and ensuring they remain engaged, persist, and successfully completing their educational goals. Collaborates to develop, refines, delivers and evaluates orientation for new students, including the development of new recruitment programs for transfer and non-traditional students.
