Serving as a trusted business partner to Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Construction teams, this role ensures effective procurement of services that support Western Midstream's operational and growth initiatives, while offering exposure to major capital projects, strategic supplier partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and growing organization. Lead the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives for Engineering and Construction services-including engineering consulting, construction management, field services, inspection, commissioning, and specialty contractors-aligning strategies with business objectives and project schedules to deliver measurable cost savings.
