Monitor all Blinn College District Cameras to provide pro-active and reactive monitoring of cameras to assist with detection of crime, antisocial behavior and to support the reduction of crime, disorder, and the fear of crime. Ability to bend, reach above shoulder, simple grasping, duel simultaneous grasping, stoop, climb stairs and ladders, crawling, stretching, twisting of upper body, walking, sitting, kneeling, pushing.
