America Works of Washington, Inc., a socially conscious organization committed to helping individuals achieve economic self-sufficiency, is seeking a Financial Coach to support participant financial stability, financial empowerment, and long-term economic mobility within a workforce development program serving Mason and Pacific Counties. The Financial Coach provides participant-centered financial coaching to help individuals identify and overcome financial barriers, develop financial goals, strengthen financial confidence, and build strategies related to budgeting, savings, credit building, debt management, benefits navigation, and asset development.
