Specialized experience is experience in developing and implementing organizational level information, personnel, industrial, physical, program protection, information technology and/or communications security programs and/or managing Special Access Programs (SAP) and projects up to and including Top Secret/Special Access Required (SAR), Expert experience in SAP, SCI and Collateral Security Policy is highly desirable, as well as, the ability to execute strong action officer skills, demonstrate strong verbal and written skills, along with effective use of Microsoft Office programs. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a SAP security specialist, providing expert technical advice in the complex area of security for SAP programs to include personnel access management, classification management, security violation management, security education and awareness training, and security surveys/special programs security inspections.
