With guidance from the student and scholar advising teams, reviews and responds to a broad range of inquiries from students and scholars, including relevant immigration policies, documents, and regulations related to full-time enrollment, practical training and employment and work authorizations, SSN applications, travel, expiring immigration documents, scholar check-in, etc. Serves as primary point of contact in-person and by phone and email for international students and scholars, academic departments, and other clients with requests for services and information related to immigration regulations and OIS procedures.
