The Director is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, data-driven strategies, policies, programs, and services that support the University's academic, research, clinical, residential, athletic, and administrative missions while providing a safe, efficient, accessible, and customer-focused transportation experience for students, faculty, staff, visitors, and other campus constituents. The Director is accountable for the planning, performance, and continuous improvement of parking and permit programs, enforcement, transportation and mobility services, traffic operations, event management, customer experience, technology, financial performance, vendor partnerships, and supporting infrastructure.
