Effective Human relation skills that support collaborative communication and collaboration with supervisors, staff, students, parents/ guardians, community members, job applicants/ candidates, vendors/ consultants/ professionals, and other school district constituencies required. Under limited supervision as appropriate, the Secretary shall apply and share required levels of knowledge and skill, exercise independent judgment, and initiate independent action in his/her fulfillment of his/her assigned duties and contribute to the overall effective and efficient operation of his/her building or department and the district.
