Drive a sense of urgency, continuous improvement, and benchmarking through all aspects of engineering including, project management, cost and schedule performance, asset performance, technical and operating details, constructability and maintainability, and documentation and training of all to deliver and improve upon asset reliability and return on net assets. Assist the Director of Operations and divisional plant managers to increase production capacity, improve product quality, reduce costs and/or improve operations and HSE results through the implementation of new technologies, initiatives, projects, process improvements, and implementation of “best operating and engineering practices”.
