The position supports participants in overcoming barriers to success, attaining the New Jersey Certificate of Eligibility (CE), completing pre-apprenticeship requirements, and successfully transitioning into educator apprenticeship programs, employment opportunities, and educator preparation pathways. The Career Coach, PACE Grant provides individualized case management, career coaching, academic support coordination, and participant success services for individuals enrolled in Brookdale''s PACE Pre-Apprenticeship Program.
