Candidates should have experience working with children and expertise in at least one enrichment area such as STEAM, Leadership, Dance, Art, Theater, Gaming, Anime, Martial Arts, Cooking, Gardening, Financial Literacy, College & Career Readiness, Double Dutch, Girls Who Code, or related specialties. Duties and Responsibilities: • Leading engaging enrichment activities and lessons• Supporting youth development, SEL, and positive behavior management• Creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for students• Collaborating with after-school staff and program leadership• Maintaining professionalism and positive communication with students, families, and school staff.
