<div style="text-align:left"><strong>Kents Hill Sports Camp is Hiring! </strong></div><p>1: Boat Driver</p><p>Position Overview: Kents Hill Sports Camp is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Boat Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our boats, pulling tubers and waterskiers, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for campers. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient camp environment.</p><p>Responsibilities: Facility Management:</p><ul><li>Assist in the maintenance and repairs of camp facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.</li><li>Perform general handy work</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the Facility Manager and other team members to ensure efficient operations.</li></ul><p>Driving and Errands:</p><ul><li>Provide transportation for airport runs, picking up and dropping off campers and staff as needed.</li><li>Run local errands, such as purchasing supplies, equipment, or groceries for camp.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of mileage and expenses related to driving duties.</li><li>Ensure the safe and responsible operation of camp vehicles.</li><li>Adhere to camp policies and safety protocols during transportation and errand runs.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience in general maintenance, repairs, or handy work is preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge and skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited supervision.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>Familiarity with local areas and ability to navigate efficiently.</li><li>Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.</li></ul><p>Join our team at Kents Hill Sports Camp and contribute to the smooth operation and functionality of our camp facilities.
