The Senior Analyst will assist in modelling, structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions with institutional investors, warehouse financing providers, tax equity and tax credit buyer, and develop expertise in areas such as debt financing, securitization, strategic finance, project finance, tax equity, financial modeling, interest rate risk management. The ideal team member will have direct experience or a strong base of knowledge in financial services, strong analytical modelling and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and an appetite and aptitude for complex financial structures.
