The role collaborates with administration, student service offices, faculty, and academic divisions across the College to provide high quality, student-centered services and research-supported initiatives, and is a key resource regarding academic policies and best practices. Oversee the collection, maintenance, and reporting of enrollment and academic record data for internal and external constituents, including IPEDS, NC-SARA, NYSED, NCAA, Veterans Affairs, National Student Clearinghouse, and other certifying agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements for specialized populations.
