Key Responsibilities: • Expand knowledge of the transportation industry and related systems • Perform limited analysis and design tasks • May troubleshoot and address bugs and problems with assistance from senior team members • May develop an understanding of processes associated with the organizational software development lifecycle through participation and specialized training • May gain awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis • May assist with solving problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including, but not limited to operations, pricing, financial, and customer information • May develop scripts and automation of infrastructure processes in areas such as cybersecurity, database engineering, or cloud under senior engineer guidance • May learn to diagnose systems problems. Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to applicants who are enrolled (or have just completed) a course of study in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or applicable degree field at an accredited university or junior college.
