This role provides hands-on exposure to semiconductor equipment maintenance operations, training systems, reliability engineering, calibration management, data analytics, KPI reporting, documentation control, and continuous improvement processes. The intern may assist with tracking technician certifications, maintaining training records, analyzing maintenance performance metrics, preparing reports for leadership reviews, and identifying opportunities to improve PM execution effectiveness and workforce capability.
