Minimum RequirementsEducation and experience: Student pursuing the educational equivalent of a bachelor's degree or masters degree in engineering from an EAC of ABET accredited college or university, completion of 30 college hours toward this degree, and a cumulative grade point average of 2.0.Knowledge, skills and abilities: Ability to apply basic engineering formulas to routine calculations. Train in the production of layouts, structural details and related technical drawings using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).Support activities and processes to assemble design drawings, specifications and bid quantities, and make cost estimates for completed projects.
