You’ll lead a team of site-based staff, including Site Directors, Site Managers, Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, and other research professionals, along with a team of above-site clinical research staff, all while partnering closely with Principal Investigators and leaders across the organization to drive performance, growth, and scale. Own the site operations workstream for M&A integrations, partnering with cross-functional leaders to assess operational readiness, integrate acquired sites and teams, align processes and systems, and ensure a seamless transition into the Iterative Health operating model. .
