Qualifications: * Bachelor"s or master"s degree in architecture from an accredited school * 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience * Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce and coordinate contract documents * Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection software preferred * Working knowledge of construction documentation, detailing, and building systems * Basic understanding of building codes and permitting processes * Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal direction * Willingness and ability to travel as needed * Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within an integrated design-build environment The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, motivated to grow, and can contribute meaningfully to both design and construction processes while continuing to develop their leadership and technical skills.
