This role provides direct field leadership and contractor management across site access roads, bulk earthworks, power transmission/distribution, water supply well fields and pipelines, raw/potable water storage, sewage treatment systems, drainage and diversion channels, and non-process buildings (ancillary facilities, warehousing, and administration complexes) to ensure construction progresses safely, on schedule, within authorized capital budgets, and in strict compliance with engineering specifications. Direct the daily construction execution for all site infrastructure packages, including access/haul roads, earthworks pads, water pipelines, well fields, high-voltage power reticulation, substations, communication corridors, and ancillary facilities.
