House Buyers of America is looking for a Residential Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for the project management of our home renovations. We buy, renovate, and resell a high volume of homes offering a guaranteed, fast, and hassle-free sale to people who want to sell their house without paying a Realtor commission.
Typical duties include managing multiple trade disciplines, such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finishes, subcontractors engaged in field construction activities, providing constructability advice, supervising work to ensure it is executed in compliance with the contract. Assist with project close-out to include obtaining required documentation, pre-final inspections, and As-Built drawings.
The foregoing information reflects base salary only and does not include other forms of available compensation to which employees may be entitled including but not limited to profit sharing, appreciation rights, retirement compensation, travel subsistence, holiday contribution, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, healthcare (including dental and vision benefits), life insurance, disability insurance, and other compensations/benefits, which are dependent upon various factors including but not limited to years of service, location, performance, etc. The base salary range for this position represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting and is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills and abilities, location, and market and business considerations.
