The role will succeed not just by building new research from scratch, but by knowing what exists, knowing which questions it answers, and knowing how to tailor and deploy it with precision for clients and business partners across Property Management, Workplace Management, Portfolio Services and Consulting, and Project and Development Services. A deep and demonstrable understanding of the corporate real estate services industry, including facilities management, property management, workplace strategy, and lease and portfolio administration, or transferable experience from an adjacent sector, with the ability to act as a credible subject matter expert.
