Duties include, but are not limited to; working with Area Personnel, Operations Support, Engineering, Construction and other area Leaders to ensure efficient performance of all facilities, developing/training employees, managing shift work schedules, overseeing and pursuing excellence in the company's safety program, responding to emergency situations, ensuring gas quality, coordinating shut-downs through Gas Control, working with the legal department, working with the ROW group regarding new or proposed easements, property owner complaints and lease renewals. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: Five to Ten years' experience in the natural gas compression and storage industryThree to Five years' experience in a supervisor position in the natural gas industry or equivalent industryFamiliar with DOT 192 regulations and natural gas pipeline operationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and strong computer skills along with economic and critical thinking skills.
