This role applies deep operational and system expertise to independently resolve complex constraints, ensure consistent execution across wave, allocation, pick, pack, ship, and strengthen performance across service, quality, cost, and people metrics. Operating with minimal guidance, the Senior Controller serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for outbound flow, providing insights, training, and leadership across teams and cross functional partners.
