What you will be doing: · Direct supervision of 6-7 crew members · Scheduling your crew to provide 12-hour coverage each day as well as after hours on call requirements · Manage repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the plant · Ordering parts as needed · Using our common systems in our facilities to include hydraulics, pneumatics, Fanuc Robotics, Allen Bradley PLC's as well as tradition mechanical and electrical component The required skills and education to be successful: · Bachelor's degree in management or engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Materials a plus but not required) · Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand for extended lengths of time (i.e. flagging operations), walk, sit for extended lengths of time (i.e. operating equipment), drive, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, grasp, hold, and manipulate tools; talk and hear.
