Engages with business unit controllers, program finance leads and other members of the organization to identify and complete special projects, such as accounting process evaluations and optimizations, identifying business risks, internal control assessments, and ad hoc financial analysis. Provides guidance to program managers throughout the Agency regarding the interpretation of financial reports, including budget variances, significant adjustments or trends, financial drivers, and financial results.
