Identify barriers to success and connect participants with community resources related to employment, education, training, transportation, childcare, healthcare, financial literacy, legal services, and other supportive programs. This position provides coaching, case management, resource coordination, and advocacy services designed to help households achieve greater financial independence, housing stability, educational advancement, and employment success.
