The candidate should have competence in a broad variety of maintenance skills, such as knowledge of welding, mechanical systems, electrical systems, machine shop practices, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), buildings and grounds maintenance, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), boilers/steam systems, fabrication, etc. Establish maintenance Performance Indicators (PIs) and Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) in support of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), benchmark against best in class to validate performance and develop improvements in maintenance practices.
