Working in close partnership with the Senior Vice President of Hotels & Corporate Leaders, the Regional Vice President of Operations will be assigned a portfolio of hotels and provide leadership for all hotels, motivating managers and team members, to carry out the mission. Additionally, this candidate must have strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, payroll, expense control, employee and guest relations, with proven service training skills, leadership, team building, and be a “results driven leader” showcasing a track record of driving the Brand Balanced Scorecards.
