Advanced knowledge fabricating and installing brackets, angle stiffeners, alignment, collars, liners, doublers, distortion prevention/correction, targeting, scribing, edge preparations, rat holes, scallops, welding root and cap passes, back gauge (air arc), tack welding and torch cutting. Must have an advanced, hands-on experience with flared, flareless, and compression fittings, taper-thread joints, flanged joints, slip-on welded sleeve joints, socket welded joints, butt welded joints Carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, copper-nickel, aluminum and thermoplastic.
