Recruit, interview, and select a proper number of quality employees to ensure the golf course complex is adequately staffed to provide, to our guests, at all times, quality service, friendliness, and a clean and safe facility. Promptly report any problems, or potential problems, to the Director of Operations, who will, as needed, communicate with the owners group.
