The position uses financial, market, recruiting, and performance data to inform roster construction and player personnel decisions; develops relationships with agents and recruiting networks; supports student-athletes pursuing professional opportunities; and ensures activities align with NCAA, ASUN, and University requirements. In addition to the primary reporting relationship, this position maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Compliance, Senior Associate Athletics Director and works collaboratively to support organizational priorities, operational objectives, and responsibilities within the Office of Institutional Equity & Compliance.
