Supervise the use of fabrication equipment such as welders, torches, robotic welders, cranes, grinders, saws, CNC lathes, CNC mills, sand blasters. Direct, coordinate and monitor the daily activities and performance of employees to assure delivery of high productivity, quality, and compliance of company policies, procedures and safety.
