The Superintendent leads field operations and is responsible for the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution of the work, collaborating with the project team, client, trade partners, and other stakeholders to keep the site productive and well coordinated. Coordinates and sequences the work of trade partners, self-perform crews, and vendors across multiple scopes and work areas, including structural, building envelope, and mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
