The MEP QA/Cx Manager serves as the Owner’s Representative responsible for providing technical quality assurance and quality control oversight of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems throughout the design, construction, startup, commissioning, and turnover phases of semiconductor facility projects. This role works closely with project teams, design-build partners, contractors, commissioning agents, and client stakeholders to identify risks, resolve technical issues, and promote successful project delivery.
