Work with site leadership to identify and manage future CAPEX projects including but not limited to; initiation, management and execution of project funding, collection of bids in line with company policies, complete project management from start to finish ensuring accuracy of pricing and scope. Activities include operational effectiveness, continuous improvement techniques, proactive and precision maintenance, planning and scheduling, contractor management, vendor and spare parts management, implementation of best practices and programs, training and development.
