The position is also responsible for the administration and continued development of the University's club sports and intramural programs, including establishing program goals and procedures, evaluating student participation and program needs, developing competitive and intramural schedules, managing program resources, and recommending changes or expansion based on student interest and institutional priorities. The Head Coach-Club Sports & Intramurals will serve as the primary coach and instructor for designated club sports, leading practices and teaching sport-specific skills, strategies, rules, sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal development.
